Getting Around:
● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily bike to the lake, waterpark, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities and shops are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
● This property can accommodate up to 14 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.
DOG FEE:
● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.

We stayed at this incredible property in January 2026 with our large family — 7 adult children, their spouses, and grandchildren — and it exceeded every expectation. Despite 12–15 inches of snow just before our arrival, the property was fully accessible and ready for us. Temperatures dipped below zero during our stay, and although it took a little fine-tuning to get the heat just right, it didn’t detract at all from our experience.The home is both spacious and thoughtfully laid out, allowing us to come together as a group for meals and games, while also giving everyone room for quiet and privacy when needed. The amenities were top-tier, and the game room was a huge hit with every age group. Its proximity to skiing and local restaurants made it the perfect location — something for everyone.Truly a five-star experience. We’d return in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.

We had a lovely family get away. House was nice. They did a great job on maximizing space. Kids loved the hot tub and game room. Beds were very comfortable and linens were high end. Kitchen was fully stocked from a crockpot to a hand mixer. Even the dog enjoyed herself. Early morning walks of the quite neighborhood streets. There is a big sled hill behind the waterpark. Bring your own snow tubes.

The house was warm and welcoming. Great space for kids and adults. The hot tub worked well in 20 degree weather. Beds and sheets were better than many hotels. Everything worked from TVs to the arcade. Checking in and out was seamless.
