The apartment is located near the residential area of Koppenheide, a settlement of terraced and single-family houses.
The Baltic Sea spa Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula. The village stretches 5 km long on the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the Rostocker Heide forest area. Graal-Müritz has about 4000 inhabitants. The village offers you various shopping facilities. Sights include the 350 m long pier, the 4.5 ha rhododendron park, the local history museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or the Ribnitz high moor.
This large modern apartment offers enough space for up to 6 people, is about 140 square meters in size and is located in the main house on private property. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and has direct access to the enclosed garden, which can be shared with other apartment guests. Here you can barbecue in summer and end the day together.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a corner kitchenette (oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob with 4 hobs, dishwasher, microwave) and a dining area for 4 people.
In the living room, you will find a large U-shaped living area with a coffee table, an extension wall with a flat-screen TV and an armchair.
From the living room, you can access the dining room with a table and 6 chairs, from here you can also access the garden directly via a staircase.
The bathroom with window is tiled and has a bathroom furniture set with sink, a toilet, a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180 x 200) and a 3-door wardrobe. There is also enough space for the baby travel cot. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 200), a shelf and a 2-door wardrobe.
The anchor extra:
There is a high chair in the apartment. A children's bed can be rented.
The apartment also includes a handcart and a furnished seating area (table + chairs) in the garden.
There is also a small selection of books and some toys for children. Furthermore, a table tennis table and a darts game can be used together with the other guests.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, can be brought by yourself or optionally booked.
The tourist tax is 2.80 euros per night all year round, red. 1.40 euros per night, children up to and including 15 years are free. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash on arrival.
