As soon as you enter, you'll be captivated by the high ceilings and large windows flooding the space with natural light. The spacious living room, the true heart of the apartment, is an invitation to relax and enjoy convivial moments. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances, will delight gourmet lovers, although only the induction hob is functional.
Sleeping areas include two large, bright bedrooms, each with queen-size beds (160 cm) for optimal comfort. The first bedroom offers a large walk-in closet and direct access to the bathroom, equipped with a relaxing bathtub (no whirlpool option). The second bedroom has a large closet. Fully air-conditioned, this apartment guarantees absolute comfort, even on Toulouse's hot summer days. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
Information to note:
- The accommodation does not include a parking space. We do, however, offer a parking space next to Place du Capitole (a 6-minute walk away), at a rate of €17/day, subject to availability.
- The bathtub in the bathroom does not have a whirlpool option, despite the amenities visible in the photos.
- In the kitchen, only the induction hob is functional (no gas contract).
- Access to the television is via the Molotov app.
- The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, not accessible by car.
- Accessible by elevator only, as the stairs only go up to the 4th floor.

This was the best Vrbo property we have ever stayed in, hands down. Everything was as described, the pictures were accurate, the location was perfect for being in Toulouse. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the center of the city, Victor Hugo market and several great restaurants.

Excellently located flat with good space and easy communication with the host. However overall the location felt a bit tired and a few of the appliances - tv, cooker - were not working. Would not take much effort to make this a great place for the price.
