Nestled among lush greenery and majestic trees, our welcoming home awaits your arrival! Ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, or as a delightful haven for wedding parties, our property features expansive green spaces, a fenced pool, and all the comforts of home. With its central location and proximity to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, it's a paradise for cyclists.

- The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom
- The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV and walk-in closet
- The third bedroom features a full bed and TV
- Full shared bathroom accessible from both guest bedrooms and the hallway
- Living room with cozy couches (both convert to queen pullout couches), fireplace, and large Smart TV
- Dining room with 2 roomy tables
- Full kitchen with major appliances, cooking utensils, etc!
- Enjoy the screened-in porch just off of the kitchen
*LOWER LEVEL*
- The fourth bedroom features a twin bunk bed (great for the kids to hangout)
- Large TV and comfy couch (converts to a small sofa bed)
- Separate, private entrance
- Half bathroom

- Sunloungers, perfect for catching some rays and relaxing

I stayed with my golf team and this property offered a good relaxing spot for us to come back to after rounds. My players had plenty to do on site, so we didn't have to travel to find things to do which was a very nice bonus. The property was great and the host was very easy to get in contact with when we had a question. I would definitely recommend staying here for someone that is looking for something in the area!

We stayed at the Trail House to visit our daughter at Furman University. The location is very convenient to Furman and Travelers Rest. The home was spacious and clean. Overall, great location, plenty of room for our family/kids and great communication with the host.

Our son and 5 grandkids moved to Greer 2 yrs. ago. This house was perfect for the rest of our extended family to stay in while we visited him. We had 6 adults, 3 children and everything was perfect. We had plenty of space. There is a pool table out in the garage that we played each night. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook dinners in. There are two dining room tables, enough seating for 12 people. We loved our stay and hopefully will be back again.

This was an amazing house for our party of 4 adults and 4 children! Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved having the space downstairs with the bunk beds! And the pool was awesome! There was a tomato festival at the TR farmers market that was fun too! Overall an amazing stay and can’t wait to come again!
