Nestled among lush greenery and majestic trees, our welcoming home awaits your arrival! Ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, or as a delightful haven for wedding parties, our property features expansive green spaces, a fenced pool, and all the comforts of home. With its central location and proximity to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, it's a paradise for cyclists.

*MAIN FLOOR*
- The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom
- The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV and walk-in closet
- The third bedroom features a full bed and TV
- Full shared bathroom accessible from both guest bedrooms and the hallway
- Living room with cozy couches (both convert to queen pullout couches), fireplace, and large Smart TV
- Dining room with 2 roomy tables
- Full kitchen with major appliances, cooking utensils, etc!
- Enjoy the screened-in porch just off of the kitchen
*LOWER LEVEL*
- The fourth bedroom features a twin bunk bed (great for the kids to hangout)
- Large TV and comfy couch (converts to a small sofa bed)
- Separate, private entrance
- Half bathroom
*OUTSIDE*
- Fenced-in inground pool
- Outdoor dining
- Sunloungers, perfect for catching some rays and relaxing
- Spacious grassy yard and beautiful landscaping
- Garage can be used to store your bikes and gear

There is parking in the driveway and garage for up to 6 vehicles. Feel free to store any bikes/gear in our garage!
Easily check-in via the keypad. You will have access to the entire property.

Everything was great. Two dining tables were awesome!!! Only surprise was the 3rd bedroom through the bathroom. We are a close family :)Since we ate in a lot having dish towels for dishes would have been nice. Thank you so much!!! For our 50th with all our children and grandchildren in and out it was a blessing:)Thank you for sharing your home. Our granddaughter also got engaged.

No smoke detectors, no ground fault receptacles in kitchen or bathrooms, and no fire extinguisher. Sheets and towels were old. Icemaker and water on refrigerator did not work but owner did leave a bag of ice. Owner took days to respond.
