• Spacious living room with cable TV, gas log fireplace, and access to the covered deck with additional seating.
• Upper-level loft with sitting area, overlooking the living room.
• Lower level game room with second living area, electric fireplace, arcade games, foosball, hoops, and pool table; access the second covered deck with rocking chairs and oversized porch swing.
• A whole-house generator protects the home from being impacted by power outages.

• The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom (shower and bathtub combination) with both hallway and bedroom access.
