Walk out from the kitchen to a roof top deck with lake views + electric and gas. 1st floor living area with home theater. Sonos sound, and an outdoor shower. Bedrooms sleep 14 as currently configure. The house is just as described in the listing. It was perfect for a large group of guys in town for a weekend golf trip and had everything we needed for a beach day. The host was easily reachable by text and responses were prompt. Would definitely recommend.
