While construction is not currently planned directly on this unit, guests should expect construction-related activity elsewhere on the property.
Work may include: Construction noise during daytime hours,Workers and construction equipment on-site,Occasional dust in common areas,Periodic use of power tools and other construction equipment
Because construction schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change, the level of noise and disruption may vary from day to day.

The primary bedroom features ocean views, sliding glass doors that lead to the patio, a King bed, a reclining chair, a TV, a dresser, a closet, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is equipped with two Full size beds, dresser, and TV.

Beach chairs, beach towels are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.

Yes,couple of suggestions for B110 surf and raquet club. Screens on the sliders for fresh air and to hear the ocean.Also fix lock on sliding door instead of using a piece of wood.

Enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that can be easily fixed. Patio door wouldn’t lock. Curtains in living area did not cover the windows and was see thru. No privacy in main living area at night. Dead bug on bed underneath quilt. No starter laundry detergent. Drain cover not secure in primary shower. Maybe add a comfortable recliner/chair or loveseat in living room. The small chairs are not very comfy for watching tv.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and had a nice view of the sunset in the evening. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

Property had great potential. Shower drain clogged. (Fixed) Shower and shower head moldy. ( Only partially fixed) Shower head old and would not adjust. I had family in two different units there at the same time. Those units were maintained much better. About 300.00 for shower heads and good cleaning would have made a huge difference.
