House was beautiful and very clean, also obviously very new to rental market. Could use a few more basics (large pot to cook crabs/corn, pitcher, dish towels, hand soap, dish soap, drawer with pens/pencils/paper pads, etc. floor mat for outside the showers as floor gets wet and slippery, and things of that nature. An outdoor enclosed shower would be great too so you can shower after coming back from the beach and not track sand into the house. There is a hose to wash your feet but we all know how sand is stuck everywhere in your body! Like I said house was great, owner was easy to contact and checked on us, and price was very fair. Just some suggestions for moving forward into years 2-3 in the rental market.

This house was extremely accommodating for our family/friends of 6 but could easily accommodate family/friends of 10. This house is centrally located to everything you need to purchase for your stay at this beautifully appointed home!!

Amazing home with plenty of room so clean all new furniture, Yard and Lagoon were amazing as well the house has a Beautiful on suite in the master bathroom, My family had a great time. All amenities you can think of and so close to beaches , amusement parks restaurants just a great family vacation. Thank you to our host Hope to be there next Summer. Great relaxing time.
