In the commune of Lecci, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 170 m² air-conditioned house with Mountain View and swimming pool, 3 km from the bay of Saint-Cyprien, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. You'll also enjoy a 1,400 m² garden ! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :
- A 80 m² living room with sofa, TV, large central island and access to terrace
- An open kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower and WC
- Utility room with electric panel, washing machine and dryer
- Separate WC
First floor :
- Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower and WC, balcony access
- Bedroom 3 : queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower and WC, balcony access
- Bedroom 4 : queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower and WC, balcony access
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A private, heated swimming pool (8×4), secured by a barred cover, open from April 1 to October 31, with outdoor shower
- A lovely 1,400 m² private enclosed garden, facing south
- A 180 m² exotic wood terrace with bar, hammock and outdoor kitchen to enjoy the sunny days.
- Various 10 m² balconies off the upstairs bedrooms
The house is ideally located in Lecci, at the heart of a six-unit residence in the heart of the forest, offering a peaceful and very pleasant setting. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, bowling alley... are just a 5-minute drive away.
