Two large decks are ideal spaces for enjoying meals, socializing, or taking in the views. They come equipped with outdoor dining, an outdoor sectional, two cantilevered umbrellas and there is an evaporative cooler that can be used on the deck to keep you comfortably cool or a gas fire table to keep you warm on cool fall nights.
The solo stove/fire pit is surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs.
The covered pier has three chaise lounges, a hammock, a swing bed and a picnic table with two large outdoor ceiling fans. If you are bringing your boat you can launch from St. Clair County’s Canoe Creek boat launch and store your pontoon on the boat lift.
The house has the following amenities:

-Kitchen set up for your use (including a Keurig)
-65 inch smart tv
-dining table and small bar with barstools.
Bedrooms:
-The master bedroom has a king sized bed with blankets and pillows.
-Bedroom two has a queen bed with blankets and pillows.
-Bedroom three has a full bed that also has blankets and pillows.
-A queen size air-mattress can be provided on request.
-All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The Solo Stove & Weber grill are perfect for BBQs and nightly s'more's.
15 ft Lilly pad (foam float) is available for your use.
3 Paddle boards, 3 kayaks and a double canoe are available for your use with the (requires the completion of a waiver of liability). Life jackets are also available for your use.
Enjoy water sports, fishing, & beautiful views in this waterfront setting. Located on Neely Henry Lake in North Alabama it’s a peaceful getaway with access to local attractions. Rainbow City is 10 minutes away, downtown Ashville is 10 minutes away, 15 minutes to downtown Gadsden, 15 minutes to Attalla, Pell City is 35 minutes away, Lincoln and Talladega is ~35 mins away, Trussville is ~45 minutes away, Birmingham is ~1 hr away, Cullman is about an hour and 10 minutes away. Rock climbing at Horse Pens 40 is about 30 mins away, Noccalula Falls is about 30 minutes away, and Cherokee Rock Village in Leesburg is 45 minutes away. Within an hour of Mt. Cheeha State Park and Little River Canyon State Park. 15 minutes to National Cement in Ragland.
