About this house rental
Welcome to the real deal Vail. This classic home sits on one of the most unique parcels in the Valley. Located just .9 miles from the Cascade chairlift and only 1.9 miles to Lionshead Village, all while surrounded by protected land with no neighbors in front or to "lookers" right. Relax on the back deck immersed in aspen trees or curl up in front of the fireplace after a long day on the mountain. This vacation rental lives like a well worn home and we are very excited to welcome you to it!
The layout as you would experience walking in from the car:
Parking:
- The gravel drive sits in front of the home. There is room for 2-3 vehicles here. You will have to walk down a flight of patio stairs to reach the patio and front door.
First Floor:
- Entry foyer with space for shoes and hats.
- Laundry closet.
- Fully stocked kitchen with an oven, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave.
- Bar seating for 2 at the kitchen counter.
- Dining area with a large table with plenty of room for 6.
- Living and entertainment area with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, free weights for exercising, a TV, and beautiful views of open land.
- Full bathroom.
- Bedroom with two twin beds.
- Access to the ample outdoor patio space.
Upstairs:
- Master bedroom with a little sofa, laptop work area, and private toilet.
- Queen bedroom.
- Full bathroom.
- Peloton exercise bike.
Outside:
- Huge wrap around deck.
- Gorgeous aspen groves.
- Patio furniture.
- Expansive mountain views.
Notes:
- This home does require the respect of our single neighbor. A long time Vail resident who enjoys a quiet and peaceful life. Please treat as you would your own neighbor and do not disturb her. With all the ample indoor and outdoor entertainment areas around the home, disturbing the one neighbor will not be tolerated.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed for staying in but close enough to the shuttle for heading into the village. The property management company was very communicative and accomodating. Would highly recommend this cute house and/or other properties managed by this company. We had a peaceful and relaxing vacation!
