This apartment is in THE PERFECT location! Near the train station, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, and the Parthenon! Being In the Plaka district is a must!
On the negative side, the host is not very responsive at all and communication really lacked. The apartment has a lot of quirks - you have to heat up the water for 15 minutes to bathe AND there is no shower. Just a hand held wand that gets water everywhere! The tub is too small to sit down in. And there are NO extra towels or bath mats to wipe up the water everywhere. Not even a hand towel at the sinks. It is listed as a king bed, but it is only a queen. There is only a sheet and a small “blanket” that doesn’t fit the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The couch is also very uncomfortable. The area is VERY loud as traffic zooms by at all hours of the night.
If you can sleep anywhere and want a place that is super convenient, this is the right place for you!
