Tucked away in a quieter stretch of Surfside, Concha Cottage offers water views, easy beach access, and elevated comforts that make it easy to settle in and truly unwind. Whether you're here for a long weekend or a slower beach stay, this home was curated with intention, comfort, and simplicity in mind.

- You may hear rain on the roof during storms (sound machines provided)
- Blackout curtains are in the king bedroom only
- Deck boards are older; shoes are recommended outdoors
- No outdoor shower, but a hose-off area is available on the stair landing
- Beach width varies with tides; during high tide, walking or driving a short distance may be needed
- Home is not childproofed
- A rental agreement is required prior to check-in

You will NOT have access to:
- Supply closet in the downstairs storeroom
Other things to note
- Maximum of 4 Guests at any time, including daytime visitors.
- You will be asked to sign a House Rules Agreement
- Sleeping in the beds only, not the couch.
- No parties
- No Pets
- No Smoking or Vaping inside (outside only)
- The house and property are not set up for small children and are not childproof.

My family—my husband, our two kids, and I—truly loved our stay. It gave us the perfect chance to unplug from our tech‑filled routines and just enjoy being together. We spent hours playing the board and card games provided, which made the time even more special. The house was exactly as pictured online—clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. It did not disappoint, and we’re already hoping to return soon.

This is a stunner. Perfectly located and immaculatelyClean. The beach view is breathtaking and the sound of the waves is calming. We relaxed on the spacious upper deck on the captains chairs, loungers and then moved under the house to the two hammocks in the afternoon to read. It was very quiet in this area. Took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The water was clear and clean. We walked to the jetty every morning and enjoyed the sunset and even got a rainbow on our last morning. (I think Grace likely put in a request for that lol). The hosts could write a book about hosting. The communication was top notch. We arrived to find Grace and jimmy had decorated for our 30 year anniversary with bottle of sparking water, cupcakes balloons, extra decor and gorgeous glassware! It looks professionally decorated and everything is curated perfectly. The kitchen has condiments and spices and more. We had a stocked bathroom, extra linens in the bedrooms, beach towels, chairs, and beach toys. The bathroom boasts a spacious walk in shower and plenty of space for two at the sink! The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Each room had a ceiling fan, full length mirror, extra seating and bedside lights. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable. IOur hosts gave us phenomenal recommendations on eateries, activities, and places to check out. We are already planning our next trip to stay in concha cottage again. We highly, HIGHLY recommend this property.
