Host contacted me well in advance of our check in day to brief me on the property and the access code. She was very attentive and aimed to please throughout the week long stay. The house was just as described, very accommodating to our family of four’s needs. When we first arrived there was a leak emanating from the toilet but, once I told the host, it was replaced with a brand new toilet within a day! There was a laminated pamphlet that suggested many lovely things to do nearby. We went to a suggested restaurant called Umami endless sushi. Loved it so much went twice! My only qualm is I would have liked access to the laundry room facilities. But I can understand denying access considering it is accessed only from outside.
