I rented the house to host a Spiritual Business Retreat. The accommodations were perfect. We experienced a problem and management took care ofit right away.

We had stayed at this exact home the year prior and loved it. This time was unfortunately not as great as the first. There were a lot of things broken (fridge drawers, arcade games entire theatre wasn’t able to be used etc) when I saw reviews for months prior to our stay I reached out to the property managers to see if these things were still broken (I assumed they’d be fixed because reviews were from 4+ months before our stay) they didn’t email me back so I ended up having to call them 2 days before arrival. They confirmed that those things were broken and offered a small refund. (10% of the cost, which didn’t seem like much) Overall it was a fun stay but I do feel like they put us between a rock and a hard place. They weren’t very responsive beforehand, once I brought it up they weren’t quick to get back to us until hours before check in. Bummer situation. We still enjoyed ourselves but it was annoying to pay for a place without the amenities that we paid for.

We enjoyed our time, but it was so dirty! There were dead bugs all over the floor, dust, really dirty bathrooms, dirty floors (everywhere). We were really unimpressed with the cleanliness
