Almost everything you need in a house will be at your disposal. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, air fryer, oven/stove,
Refrigerator/freezer, sandwich maker, and all accessories such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and also fans in the kitchen and bathroom. I'm leaving a beach cart with 4 chairs and 1 parasol. The building has a swimming pool that can be used from 9 am to 7 pm and a games room on the first floor. Around the building, a few meters away, there are restaurants, bars, bakeries, a pharmacy, shops, ice cream parlors, a supermarket, and Nossa Senhora de Fatima Square, famous for its varied food in food trucks, a craft fair, and small musical shows during peak season and long weekends.
Along the seafront there is a path for walking or cycling.
