Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic home, plenty of room for the 20 of us.Comfortabke beds, great views.GReat kitchen. A bit disappointed in the pool area as it was smaller than I anticipated. We experienced at least 3 to 4 other groups there almost as large as ours. The tubs need non slip mats inside tub. Perhaps even grab bars. My 46 yr old athletic daughter slipped & fell getting in. The Master bath floor is very slick also, perhaps a informational note to let one know. When leaving we discovered a wasp nest under the hot tub.It was a very relaxing and fun time for our family.I was disappointed that I did not find out until the night before our arrival that the rental agreement that I mailed had never been received. By that point I had to do everything on my phone , and there was some miscommunication. I should have been notified of that before the final payment was taken. I had snail mailed it, and obviously there was no record of it. After several texts & email we were able to solve that at 11pm the night before our arrival so I could get instructions. I would have thought that someone would have phoned me to let me know. Also I am not from Jackson, MN, but from Jackson. MIAgain, we had a great time there with justice. These few little blips. Thank you
