The purpose of our stay was to enjoy the Hills during the fall with eight couples. The house is advertised to sleep thirty, this house is ideal if you have a large group with lots of kids that like to sleep in bunks. For adults, there are king and queen beds, but know every room has a full bunk over bunk, so that's how you can sleep so many. With that many people, you need to put mirrors in all of the bedrooms, you also need to add essentials in the bathrooms, like providing basic shampoo and conditioner, body wash, a lot more toilet paper, more essentials in the kitchen, like a crock pot, spices, garbage bags. If you don't want people to wear their shoes in the house, provide a much larger entry rug. Overall house is very spacious, good views.

This place is amazing! Views are spectacular. Beds were comfy and it had a great flow for our party of 13. Kitchen is very well stocked! Loved the garage/game room. It worked out well for when we need some quiet in the house as we had a 2 year old with us. Also the decks are all in closed no steps for an escape route for 2 year old. We had a wonderful time and we will be back again!
