Located within residence with swimming pool, ground floor apartment with terrace and garden for a family or group vacation for up to 4 people! The pool will not be usable until the end of June 2025 due to renovations.The apartment welcomes guests with the living room furnished with dining table and chairs, double sofa bed, single armchair bed, Smart TV and open kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. From here there is access to the covered, private porch with fenced small garden, equipped with dining table and outdoor chairs. The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closet, and French doors overlooking the small terrace at the back. Finally, a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet completes the layout. Amenities such as free wi-fi connection, air conditioning throughout, washing machine, and iron are available in the accommodation.Apartment guests can park their cars in the private garage inside the Residence. *The residence's swimming pool is seasonal and is open from mid-May to the end of September. *The use of a swimming cap may be required. *Pets are not allowed.*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
