Close to the center of Santa Maria di Leuca there is a lovely independent apartment. The house is located in a residential area, in an excellent position that in just ten minutes on foot will take you to the historic center of Leuca or to its enchanting sea, only about 600 meters away. The accommodation is slightly subjected in fact there are several steps / entrance steps that lead directly to the living area, a bright and comfortable open space with TV, a new fully equipped kitchen and where, always in this environment, there is a complete bathroom. From the living area there is a French window that leads to a private courtyard behind the house where you can comfortably eat. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a first room with two single beds equipped with an internal bathroom complete with all services, the other a double room without window, a blind room. The accommodation has a free and reserved parking right in front of the house shared with the guests of the apartment on the first floor. It should be noted that the entrance to the courtyard in front of the house is shared with the apartment on the upper floor.
The center of the town and the sea are about 600 meters away, 10 minutes on foot. The area is really quiet and private, ideal for a relaxing stay and a few steps from the center.
