Noise becomes an annoyance during odd hours of the day, such as early morning or late evening when most people are resting. Therefore, excessively disturbing noises in dwelling or the common elements which interfere with the rights, comforts or other conveniences of neighbors are not allowed. Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments, and people should be always kept at a minimum and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.

The Host Megan was Wonderful and Prompt answering any questions, the Property was Very Nice and Clean !!! Anything you needed for your stay was there and available! I would recommend this property to ANYONE looking for a Beautiful & Peaceful stay at Myrtle Beach ❤️ The Price was SOOOOOO AFFORDABLE AS WELL!

I was surprised with the appearance of the neighborhood. It looked like a regular apartment complex. Really not somewhere I would have stayed on a short vacation. However, decided to make the best of it. When we entered, there was a dead bug in the entrance way and one on the floor of the kitchen. Other than that, the unit appeared clean. No other bugs were ever seen . Furniture was ok, seemed updated. The residents upstairs seemed to be trying to get their steps in on the first night. We could hear every step. We only slept there, not there much during the day. We did not have the WIFI information. Sent an email to request it but the email was not answered. Other than that, the unit served its purpose, somewhere to sleep during our visit to the area.
