This corner condo offers, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large screened in balcony, an elevator, high speed internet, three tv's, cable and bicycles. Bonita Bay offers a shuttle to and from Bonita Bay's private beach area (summer 2024, beach area closed for repair). This private beach area offers complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas, restrooms, concession area and more! Wild Pines offers a community pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Bonita Bay community offers complimentary canoes rentals, fishing piers, tennis and bocce ball courts!

Very nicely furnished condo on 3rd floor (top floor) with view of first golf hole and a lake. Had plenty of dishes and silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Lots of kitchen products--foil, plastic wrap, napkins, and paper towels. All appliances in very good working order. Plus, D building is on a quiet corner away from any traffic noise. Host was responsive to any questions.

Our family absolutely loved this condo. We have been coming to this part of Florida for over 20 years and this has been our favorite. The condo is in a fantastic community and in close proximity to the best beaches and restaurants. All within a 10-minute drive! This condo was ideal for our family with 2 kids and we especially enjoyed the large screened in porch. Having breakfast and lunch while overlooking a pond and a golf course was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this property.
