Overall this was a good place to stay if you’re looking for closeness and no amenities. The house does smell musty and is in need of a new roof. It’s not exactly as pictured on the outside. Needs a mirror in one of the bedrooms and more seating in the living room. Bathroom toilet area is tiny and awkward. Outlets need to be changed in several places as most cords don’t stay in them. Lacking outdoor lighting on the back porch, the post lights are not bright. Property was pretty clean, and as described in the listing. Needs better communication about WiFi access and how to use the entry lock on the front door. They all operate differently. The code I was sent in the email to access the house was not the correct one. Realized it was sent in the messages only because I was trying to get a hold of the host who didn’t answer my call nor could I leave a message because her voicemail box was full. If you are looking for basic at a decent price and great location this property is for you.

Property is nice enough for the price point, but we were provided the wrong check in code twice and never provided the WiFi password. Not ideal at the end of a long day of travel.

Cottage was nice. Location great. Could have used another chair in living room and grab bar in shower. A covering would be nice for deck so you could sit outside and listen to water if raining. Also an outside light would be helpful.All in all we were pleased. Would and will probably go back!!

Cute little place. 7 of us, 2 adults, 5 kids. Nice place for them to venture around with the little river behind us. Easy to get to everything. Towels delivered to us everyday. Would stay again.

It was as described/pictured very convenient to activities. Could use more silverware or a place to empty trash outside. Owner is not very responsive but knew that from prior reviews.

The place was perfect for 3 and the location was great!! BUT upon our arrival the place was found uncleaned from the guests before us. I attempted to reach out to the property manager via phone several times and was sent to voicemail; which was full. With no luck, I reached out to VRBO customer service whose only way to resolve was to email the manager. After approximately 90 min, 3 men showed up to clean the cabin and advised the maids forgot to clean the unit. They cleaned the unit: however, we had to vacate the cabin for this to occur. I’ve attempted to receive a partial refund for the inconvenience and the manager has yet to respond after attempts from me and VRBO. Unacceptable! Sad, because had the manager done the right thing I would highly recommend.

Booked this stay as a last minute getaway to Pigeon Forge and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and accommodations for the price! The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean. The house is definitely an older property, so there are so little quirks (example: one of the plugs behind the king bed was too loose to hold a phone charger) but nothing that made any kind of major inconvenience. Thanks for a great stay!!

The house was nice only small con is the tiny bathroom worked fine for us but could be a problem for some. The location is perfect walking distance to the main strip, 5 min drive to Dollywood, and they rent side by sides across the street. It’s nice coming back to a home after adventuring out for the day and not back to some regular old hotel. We would absolutely stay here again when back in town!

Everything was great except the bathroom is really small and mirrors are needed in the bedrooms so everyone is able to get ready (put on makeup, fix hair, etc.) at the same time since there is only 1 bathroom. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
