Liked - The hot tub and shower in bathroom. Dog treats and cakes a nice touch. However, the microwave is rusty, the walls in lounge and bedroom scuffed and dirty. We stripped the bed on leaving and the mattress was covered in semen/urine. Blood on duvet. No protectors on anything. Appalling. We asked Toni to come and see and agreed with our disappointment. Still waiting on a reply to our complaint and request for partial refund as certainly not as advertisef and not worth the money paid.

Lovely place with everything you need. We stayed as a family of four. I think this place is more suited to 2 people, as it’s too small for a family. Slightly overpriced for what it was too.

The location was perfect! Amenities were clean and they really think about all the little extras like a bottle of wine and treats for the dogs!! Loved it and will definitely be back!!

We had a brilliant stay at Poppy Cottage. It was so cosy just the 2 of us and our dog. Secured outside space to leave the dog wonder. Hot tub was the icing of the cake! We got to see the animals, and have a private animal tour form one of the staff members and even got to feed the alpacas and the little piglets. Would definitely recommend. And can’t wait to return.
