Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Newly remodeled bottom floor corner-unit offers spacious open living concept with a view of the pool & Intercostal waterway!! Only a 1.5 block walk to the white sandy beaches, the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo easily sleeps 6 people with comfortable vibrant furnishings, TV's in every room and a Murphy bed tucked in the large living area. Fully stocked galley kitchen, complimentary beach essentials, high speed WiFi, onsite laundry and assigned parking! Enjoy this beautiful condo with its coastal vibe decor as it seamlessly flows offering you everything for a perfect getaway! Living and dining room open concept, generously appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances including a dishwasher. The Master Bedroom Suite has a large walk-in closet with attached bath and a spacious guest bedroom with adjacent hall bath. The furniture is super comfortable and a large cabinet reveals a Murphy bed. Dining for 6 with a view of the pool or enjoy your coffee in your private screened in porch/sun room in the morning. This is a first floor unit with a view of the pool directly on the intercostal waterway with a dock for fishing.

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.
Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.
No Parties! No Gatherings!
No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.
No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.
Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.

We enjoyed the playground down the street and the beach. The intercoastal is great to just relax and eat lunch or dinner by. The pool was convenient for small ones that do not want to spend a lot of time in the ocean.
