Host is amazingly responsive to questions in Spanish and English. Neighborhood is excellent. Many good restaurants. Supermarket across the street with cash machine (although everywhere here takes cards). Getting an Uber was very easy. Bedrooms have individual AC units that are easy to use; note that the bed in BR2 is a bunk (lower is double, upper is twin) so really best for kids. Views from deck are amazing. You will be pleased with this choice.

Top notch location. Grocery store, restaurants and much more walking distance. We will be back and if this is available would love to stay here again.
