The cycle paths are in the immediate vicinity of the house in the direction of La Couarde or Saint-Martin-de-Ré. It is possible to easily park bicycles under the awning in the garden. It is possible to park a vehicle near the house on public car parks. This lovely house is functional and comfortable

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optionally outside July and August).
The handover of keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
The accommodation tax is included.
The security deposit of an amount of £1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
