This 45-square-meter vacation paradise for two is located on the 3rd floor, directly across from the Ahlbeck pier. The living area facing the sea invites you to linger and offers a breathtaking view. The spacious living room features an open kitchenette equipped with high-quality appliances such as an oven, a 3-burner induction cooktop, and a Nespresso capsule machine. From the living room, you have access to the north-facing balcony, which features a table and two chairs. Here, you’re even closer to the sound of the waves. The bedroom features a luxurious double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a custom-built wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and another 43-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. From here, you can step out onto the second balcony facing northwest. Take a deep breath of the healthy sea breeze and enjoy relaxing moments of leisure on the sun lounger. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet—everything you need to freshen up. A reserved parking space in the underground garage ensures your vehicle is safely parked. Completed in 2024, the beach terrace is located directly on the lively beach promenade and offers a unique view of the “Grand Dame” of the historic piers as well as the historic concert shell, a popular gathering place for art and culture. Choose between a residence featuring a light, sand-colored design scheme or an apartment with anthracite-colored accents.
