Thoughtfully designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the home features spacious open-plan living areas, beautifully styled interiors, and multiple inviting spaces to relax or entertain. Large windows frame tranquil lagoon views, filling the home with natural light, while seamless access to the outdoor entertaining areas creates the ideal setting for long lunches, evening drinks, and quality time with family and friends. * White Hamptons style, fully equipped kitchen with induction cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Delonghi coffee machine
* Outdoor entertaining with timber deck overlooking the lagoon, gas BBQ, and an abundance of outdoor seating
* WIFI, white washed floorboards throughout, split system aircon in living area only, ceiling fans, combustion timber fireplace
* Main bathroom with shower over bath, ensuite off main bedroom, third bathroom in the bunk room
* Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer
* This property is suitable to a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children in total
All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly NO PETS or smoking allowed

This place was absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, roomy and had a very well equipped kitchen, which was great as we did a fair amount of cooking! The location is stunning - having the view of the lagoon was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The area is quite, and the beach is 5 minutes away.
This was a special weekend away for a close group of friends to celebrate two big birthdays. We couldn't have picked a better spot or property – everyone said this multiple times! It really felt like a home to us and it was hard to say goodbye.
We hope to visit again in the future.

This property was promptly declared “the best holiday home ever!” By our children. It felt luxurious but very homely, and had all the facilities you could want. The location is amazing and we enjoyed being able to go back and forth to the beach as often as we pleased. We will definitely be back!
