A lovely home for a perfect family holiday

This was our second time staying at this rental because we loved it so much the first time. However we were dismayed to see how the property hadn’t been cared for in the interim. We wound the kitchen bench tops dappled with insect droppings we found cobwebs in many corners of the kitchen, bathrooms, and low down in corners where a good sweeping would have got them. We were very startled to find a used toilet roll with faecal stains on it and pubic hair on the bathroom vanity top
On contacting the property manager we were given a response that indicated they held the veracity of the cleaners in greater regard than ours and eventually they stopped responding to us. A token offering of a discount on our next visit to the place did little to appease us. The problem is that there is no toilet roll holder in that bathroom
