Additionally, there is an open concept kitchen/ family/ dining room, a walk-in lower-level living room. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living room or enjoying the conveniences of AC, WiFi, smart HDTVs, this property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a deck with a grill, and outdoor firepit for our guests enjoyment. Whether relaxing or exploring, this is a great way to experience RI. Just minutes from nature preserves, historic farms, sites, beaches and the award-winning Plum Point Bistro at the top of the street.

Impeccably clean. Comfortable bed. Effective A/C. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Friendly, kind, easy and responsive host communication. Checked all the boxes for my family 11 month old (complete with a selection of great kids books!)

Great property- close to Newport, Jamestown, Narragansett. Very cozy, clean and well appointed. Shaine was very responsive when I had questions before and during the stay.

The house was exactly as described -- plus the addition of a handy "basement" room that had a sofa, lounge chair, and TV (not shown in VRBO photos). I definitely recommend making reservations (early) at Plum Point Bistro (may have to park at the park-and-ride lot). Bring your EZPass if you travel to Newport (bridge tolls).

Magnificent house in fantastic location. Very new and very clean. Excellent communication and zero issues. Location is hard to beat as you are near almost everything. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
