Cute, Cozy one bedroom apartment in the heart of Omaha. This apartment is filled with character! Dundee is a historic neighborhood with shops & restaurants. You're within walking distance from the main street, Underwood. You'll stay on the top floor (3rd floor) of a converted home built in 1917. Off street parking in the back. The separate bedroom has a closet, queen bed, & desk. The combined kitchen and living room has a comfortable couch, and a smart tv with several free movies. There's a ceiling fan & two window a/c's. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all the essentials. There is a shower, but no bathtub. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, storage rack, gas stove, and microwave. This apartment also has it's own high speed internet.

Great space for the location! Apartment got quite hot but understandable because it was 100 during our stay and it is in an old building. Host left us an additional fan to accommodate for this. Unit was exactly what we expected and was very clean.

Very low ceilings. I'm 6' tall and had to crouch to get in the outside entrance. I felt like the ceiling fan was gonna knock me in the head too. The stairs are very scary/hard for dogs if you're travelling with them. Once you're inside, it's a decent space, but can be a lot of work for dog owners.
