Excellent location 5 minutes from everywhere; including: the charming Vila Madalena, the sophisticated Rua Oscar Freire, the imposing Avenida Paulista, the trendy Rua dos Pinheiros, the Pacaembú stadium, Allianz Park stadium, Hospital das Clinicas, etc. Central area... located on a safe and quiet street with plenty of parking spaces (free of charge)

Visit Horácio Sabino square, which located is 1 block from the building. There you will relax. There is an outdoor gym for everyone to use. It has a playground. It has coconut water. There are dogs. There are children. There are nice and down to earth people. Enjoy it!
