Seaside Charm in Nr. Lyngby-By Traum

Partially renovated cottage located only approx. 150 meters from the sea and beach in the old fishing village Nr. Lyngby ca. 5 km north of Lokken. From the house there is a view to the dunes. The cottage was built in 1966, renovated in 2000 and furnished with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a living room with wooden floor and wood burning stove, an older but well-functioning kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a hand shower. There is an open terrace with shelter and a flat natural plot with swing, from which you can hear the sea. In 2018, the living area and the rooms have been renovated, these appear modern, while the age of the house can still be felt in the kitchen and bathroom department. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
