Come and enjoy this spacious apartment with sea view and rooftop swimming pool near Monaco, whether for your business trips or a relaxing vacation. In a secure residence, this apartment for 4 people awaits you with parking, kitchen and king size bed. A little outside the city center you will dominate the principality, you will be quiet but more comfortable with a vehicle (see description)

The dominant side of the residence provides a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area. This geographical location, however, takes you somewhat away from the city center and the shops. Access to the highway, on the other hand, is very easy.

This property is ideal for all the year round. Christmas and New Year in Monte Carlo, spring for Menton Lemon Festival, May Monaco Tennis and Grand Prix. Summer for lovely beaches close by, autumn ideal for walks and culture, many art galleries nearby in: Picasso Museum in Antibes, Fondation Maght in St, Paul de Vence, Grasse, Chagall and Matisse in Nice, Leger in Biot, Cocteau in Menton and Ville Francche, Le Corbusier in Roquebrune,etc.Winter isola 2000 and 10 other resorts 90 min, drive.

On the terrace you have garden furniture. This furniture can be used all year round thanks to the brightness and southern exposure of the apartment.
- The ideal is to have a vehicle, you are 30 minutes from Nice airport
- You benefit from an assigned parking space in the residence.
- A bus stops in front of the residence and will take you to the city center of Beausoleil, this same bus stops near the Monaco train station which will allow you to reach the airport, the city of Nice or Menton.
Sheets and towels are provided during your rental. A welcome kit is also there to help you start your vacation, consisting of small shampoo and soaps, 2 coffee capsules, 2 rolls of toilet paper.
