With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, it comfortably accommodates everyone. With about a 4 minute walk will get you to the water. The cozy living space is perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. I think truly it was a little overpriced but it was last mi tie so would do it again!

We had a great time at Canoe 22 at Snake Creek.
We stay at vrbo rentals on a regular basis and I can honestly say this was the most well stocked place I've ever stayed. They have thought of everything.
The host was always quick to answer any and all of our questions. She was open to our opinions as this is a newly posted rental.
Things to know that might help travelers:
*Location is Snake Creek. I don't think that was mentioned in the description.
*Parking was limited. We had a boat trailer on our truck and couldn't park it up by the house. It worked out ok bc we had another vehicle if we needed to go somewhere.
*The trailer is a little older but the decor, furniture, tv, appliances, hot tub, grill, etc.. were top notch. It didn't feel old at all.
*The marina does not offer daily slip rentals but the owners/workers were incredibly nice.
We enjoyed our stay so much!
