Conveniently located between St. George and Zion National Park, this spacious, clean townhome is the perfect place to relax after enjoying a day of fun outdoor activities. Close to dining, city parks, some of the best hiking, mountain biking, golf courses and reservoirs. Plenty of amenities are located on site as well including two pools, a hot tub, gym and even a fishing pond down the road. Four comfortable beds provide plenty of room for your whole group.

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to get local TV stations. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub.

It was an unpleasant surprise to find out that the upstairs a/c (where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located) does not allow the temperature to be turned down below 72 degrees with a paper warning that doing so will cause the a/c unit to malfunction and the tenants will be responsible to repair it. I prefer to sleep with a lower temperature at night. I felt this restriction was not what you would find at any rental. This restriction certainly isn't disclosed as they know it would likely deter people from renting the place. St George is hot. Tenants have a right to cool their sleeping space below 72 degrees. They also require you to do a lot of cleaning even though they charge a pretty high cleaning charge.
