The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom has obviously been redone and has lots of space which is great since it's the only one in the house--made it easy for our family of four to share. We had an issue with the heating and the host was very responsive, helping us figure out how to work the thermostat.

There is no door on the master bedroom and the stairs to the that room are very steep. Because the bathroom is on the first floor, any use of the facilities in the middle of the night required navigating the very steep stairs. Without a door, there was no privacy, as sound carries really well through the house. In fact, privacy is pretty much nil as there is a vent that allows you to see between the two downstairs bedrooms--the downside of a more vintage home, I suppose. The couch in the main area is very on-brand in terms of mid-century but is unfortunately horribly uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, the house is adequately stocked, and served our purposes but wasn't very "cozy" outside of the bedrooms.

Super convenient location, lots of space and amenities. Very complete kitchen conveniences all the way down to laundry which we didn't end up using but was nice to have. Great water pressure for hot showers. Cute interiors. Very fast replies to questions.

There was construction going on next door every day so a bit noisy. Bathroom and bedrooms could use a little more thought (hooks to hang stuff up, for drying towels, put away clothes, etc.) Could have used some coasters/placemats to help keep the place a bit more neat during our visit.
