The room and facilities were really great. Small but cozy, clean and neat. The property is also within walking distance of the CBD.
Although the room, facilities, and proximity to the CBD were great, I was rudely woken up way earlier than I had anticipated to arise. Some noisy people coming from a drinking spree were allowed into the building and disturbed the entire place. The management could have a security guard at the entrance. They'd block such intrusions and save residents the noise.
