Breakfast was not included. The location was really great and easy to move and relax at beach front. Apartment was neat and clean and facilitated with all amenities. This was really great value for money. The host was fully supportive.
There was a small glitch in WIFI connectivity sometime.

We loved our stay. The host was a friendly person who had kept the house immaculate.
First thing I noticed when I entered the room was frankincense (it is made from the gum of a local tree). I read it up and it said that Omani people burn it when they are inviting guests over. So that was quite thoughtful.
The drawing room overlooked the sea. There was also a tiny backwater lake between the house and the sea. The sea was just 50 m from the house.
It was rainy and misty on all the 3 days we were in Salalah, especially on Day 1. But I think the beach was quite popular amongst the tourists because there were cars coming and going even @ 3 a.m. in the morning.
The beach itself was clean and lined with palm trees and beautifully landscaped.

Расположение лучше не бывает. Первая линия, прямо через дорогу от пляжа. Из апартаментов с обеих сторон открывается вид на океан и пляж. Там же на пляже есть несколько кафе и ресторанчиков. До супермаркета Lu-Lu легко добраться на такси, стоимость поездки 1 риал, только установите приложение Yango. Апартаменты просторные, удобные, красивые и хорошо оснащенные, полностью кондиционированные, включая гостиную. Большой смарт-ТВ и быстрый интернет. В общем, всё оказалось даже лучше чем мы ожидали.
Особая благодарность хозяину Rabia за теплый прием, потрясающее гостеприимство и постоянную заботу и внимание. Он мгновенно реагировал на все наши вопросы и пожелания, делая наш отдых комфортным и беззаботным. Спасибо, дорогой друг.
Мы с женой определенно хотели бы вернуться именно в это место еще раз.
