Everything. And the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the whole experience felt comfortable and stress-free from check-in to check-out.

I can’t find a hair dryer..

A representative of the management company was on site at our arrival, and immediately took us to the flat. About the location : The buildings are new. Quality of the flat is quite good. You get access to nice swimming pools, training room, and direct access to the beach. There are a few cafes along the beach, and a pharmacy on the middle street. Public toilets and showers available too for free (and clean, as always in Dubai). About the flat : Clean on arrival. Good layout for a 1 BR. Good water pressure. Kitchen and bathroom in good condition. Large bed. Air conditioning working efficiently and rather silent.

We had a few issues with the management company : 1. We thought that the flat would have the sea view, and instead we got the street view. The pictures on booking.com are a combination of several flats managed by 1 company, and it creates a confusion about what we are renting. In short, you see something, you click 'Reserve' and confirm, and then you get a confirmation that does not match what you saw, and it's too late to change anything. 2. Under equipped flat : Coffee machine works erratically. Supplied kitchenware is minimum (we had to claim for a wine bottle opener). Frying pans are of poor quality. We had to ask for extra-towels. Only one card was provided to access to property, which makes it difficult when each goes with his own agenda. We asked for a 2nd pass, which we got just a couple days before departure. 3. The bed is large and good, but the mattress was too soft for our taste. 4. The flat front door needs adjustment. It's hard to open/close and is going to be damaged if left so. 5. The area is still under development. So still a lot of noise with construction nearby.
