Absolutely wonderful place, with very kind owner! Imerovigli is amazing with the best sunsets, but a lot of places don't have any privacy - but not here, that was a perfect place to have some private time in jacuzzi during evenings.
I would not say that it lowers the value of apartment, but cost of privacy is a location, seeing a sunset is possible after 10 min uphill walk, which can be tough, but definitely worth to do it.
