La propietària va ser molt amable, ens va permetre entrar a l'hora que ens anava millor. L'apartament és prou acollidor per una família de tres membres. La zona és molt tranquil·la. Pots aparcar davant mateix la porta d'entrada.
L'apartament no és gens modern. Es nota el caliu d'haver viscut anteriorment una persona gran. A la zona no hi ha gaires comerços o restaurants propers per poder esmorzar o per comprar menjar.
