Es war das beste Appartment, was wir bisher bei unseren Italienreisen besucht haben. Perfekt !

Das Appartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, wo auch die Vermieterin wohnt. Es war perfekt ausgestattet mit 2 super ausgestatteten Bädern, die liebevoll gestaltet sind. Auch die anderen Räume sind zweckmäßig bis hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit Allem asugestattet, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Auch war zur Ankunft mal das Nötigste für ein ital. Frühstück am nächsten Tag vorhanden - eine Flasche Wasser, Kaffeekapseln, Zwieback und Mamelade. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Die sehr nette Vermieterin war immer bemüht Fragen zu beantworten oder Unterstützung anzubieten. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Der Strand. Zugang zum Meer in Livorno allgemein fast nur über Steine (unbewirtschaftet) bzw. überwiegend steinigen Bädern (kostenfplichtig) möglich, kein richtiger Sandstrand. Aber in gut 15min. Entfernung mit dem Auto bei der Marina di Pisa jede Menge Top Strand. Zum Appartment selbst gibt es nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Cudowny pobyt, niezapomniane chwile.

Apartament jest pięknie urządzony i bardzo czysty. Jest w nim wszystko potrzebne do funkcjonowania, bardzo wygodne, szerokie łóżka. Właścicielka Alice jest bardzo pomocna i gościnna. Polecam serdecznie😀

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die saubere und hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und Klimaanlage. Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin hatte Bettwäsche und Handtücher für uns bereitgestellt – das fanden wir wirklich großartig. Zudem hatten wir von Anfang an einen ausgezeichneten Kontakt zu ihr. Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit, hat freundlich nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps unterstützt. Alice ist einfach unglaublich liebenswert und zuvorkommend. 🥰👍🏻🙋🏼‍♀️ Wir kommen sicher wieder. ❤️
