La hubicacion es excelenteee, cerca de todo, super mercado, fruteras, restauramtes, metro, buses, bares, bancos todoooo cerca. Y cerca del mall, plaza norte, lo volvere a usar en mi proximo viaje😊 silencioso y hasta buenos vecinos😉

El piso no está mal. Aunque no estaba todo lo limpio que cabría esperar: había pelos en la ducha, el único mantel para la mesa estaba sucio, en el suelo del salón y del pasillo había pelusas, las sillas de la mesa son muy endebles y dos de ellas tiene tornillos rotos en la base por lo que sentarse en ellas era realmente peligroso...
Debería especificarse claramente que se trata de un segundo sin ascensor y que no es apto para personas con poca movilidad. Lo reservé para mis padres (70 años) y mi abuela (89 años). Y fue una desagradable sorpresa ver que no había ascensor. Pocos días antes de la fecha, me enviaron un enlace con las instrucciones de acceso en la que aparecía como segundo paso "se sube por las escaleras al segundo", pero yo no me percaté de ello y, en todo caso, creo que la cancelación ya no era posible.
