Die Lage ist Spitze, von oben hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, morgens wecken einen die Möwen und der nächste Bäcker ist keine 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Auch eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine stehen zur Verfügung. Der Balkon bietet 2 bequeme Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch sowie eine Lampe um dort abends auch ein wenig länger zu sitzen.
Das der Fahrstuhl zeitweise nicht verfügbar ist, ist leider gelogen. Dieser wurde ausgebaut und die Zugänge wurden zugemauert. Da ist nicht zwischenzeitlich etwas nicht in Ordnung sondern langfristig. Auch wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, dann ist die Gepäckschlepperei über mehrere Etagen trotzdem nicht angenehm, weswegen wir diese Wohnung leider nicht weiter buchen werden.
