Location, location, location
The key was not easy to find. Bathtub was a bit dangerous, cos the drain did not draft properly, and the tub got very slippery

Location and comfort of bed. Fully stocked kitchen except for a sharp knife. Bought washing cloths and left them for the next tenant.
Cleaning crew was a bit off-especially the bathroom. Dishes in the dishwasher, foul cooking odor and dusty light fixtures with a dead plant hanging in the living room. Used a space heater as the radiator did not work in the bedroom.
