Green Tiles House

Host Marta was very communicative and helpful. Allowed us access to the property to drop our bags before check in time which meant we could go off and explore the city before check in without having to carry our bags with us. Neighbourhood was very quite except for the cockerel waking us up early doors...clearly not within the control of our hosts. Property was amazing - lovely and clean and very spacious. Absolutely perfect for us! Excellent folder available detailing places to eat, visit and emergency contacts. There was shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the bathrooms - very convenient if you're travelling light. Hairdryer available too. Only minor detail would be for the host to get rid of the rusty bbq in the back garden area. Location is good - probably a 25/30 minute walk to the city but Ubers are extremely cheap if walking isn't an option. But overall, we had an amazing stay here and I was very impressed with Marta's communication, friendliness and helpfulness.

The house is pretty spacious. The big garage is certainly a huge advantage - it would easily fit even a larger car.

We expected it would be cleaner. There was sand (?) in the shower and we encountered at least one cockroach. Kitchen is rather poorly equipped and what's present was pretty questionable as well. Oven was completely dirty inside. There was some salt and coffee in the cupboard - full of mold. Also the iron is burned and the barbecue outside - completely rusted out, unusable. Other than that, the beds were rather uncomfortable and the alleyway the house is located is not the nicest.
