Ich bin mittlerweile das vierte Mal da gewesen. Wie immer gut.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann fußläufig direkt nach Glyfada und auch in die Athener Innenstadt oder an die Strände kommt man schnell. Grundsätzlich hat die Wohnung eine gute Aufteilung und ist sehr schön hell. Für Athener Verhältnisse liegt sie auch sehr ruhig, in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Die Betreuung durch die Hosts ist super.

Die Betten sind leider unfassbar unbequem und sehr schmal. es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten, die nicht 100 % stimmig sind. Zum Beispiel eine uralte Klimaanlage in einem so modernen Haus, fehlende Haken für Handtücher oder keine Ablageflächen in den Duschen, bunt zusammengewürfelte Küchenausstattung, etc. Das wäre alles mit wenig Investment zu beheben. Ich persönlich fände beim Aufenthalt von einer Woche eine Zwischenreinigung, oder zumindest das Angebot einer solchen, schön ◡̈

Communication from the host was friendly and apartment clean and neat. Fully stocked with appliances. Location perfect.

The showers are tiny, you can hardly move. if you drop the soap you are screwed, you have to get out of the shower to be able to pick it up. Also no soap dishes in any of the showers, so shampoo and soap on the floor but you can't reach them.... There is a compressor running constantly on the back patio of the main bedroom so no use opening up the sliding door.

We appreciate that Host is very responsive when an issue arise. Living Room, kitchen, appliances & front balcony were great! Apartment is also clean.

1. Beds are spring beds as such are not that comfortable if you are a light sleeper. 2. AC units cannot interchange to heater or aircon mode without activating a technician which we thought was strange. probably there was an issue when we stayed. 3. shower area in 1 bathroom had no door, only a screen, water was splashing out on the floor when in use. This particular bathroom also has a very small basin leaving us with no space to put toiletries. There was also no racks to leave our shower items which I thought was very inconsiderate because this could be improved easily. 4. There was a construction nearby(no fault of host) , piling noises start from 8am-8pm. 5. General maintenance of the building was not present. There was cat litter on the entrance (probably by the cats of the ground floor unit), backyard of another ground floor unit had overgrown grass, mosquitoes were flying in when we opened the balcony door of our bedrooms.
