With in 1 hour of booking was able to access as was an emergency booking.
The bedding could do with a upgrade. All 3 beds bedding was bobbly and bittie. And didn’t smell the greatest.
Bath was unclean behind bathroom door and shower could do with a descale.

It was close to a wedding we were attending, lovely cosy house with everything you could need for a stay. The manager of the property was very nice, I left my hat there and it was no trouble for her to post back to me, excellent service. Would highly recommend.
