Location was very good, 5 minutes from the metro station, 3 minutes from Lidl, 15-minute walk from La Rambla.
Having two toilets/bathrooms is very comfy.
Nice little balcony with chairs and a table.
The apartment felt safe.
Wi-fi was amazing.
Check-in was very smooth; the check-in manager was waiting for us and gave us detailed instructions.
The check-in manager was not available in whatsapp during the stay.
It was hard to contact the host's emergency hotline because we didn't have a local number.

Nice location nearby a metro station, super market, and touristic attractions. Clean apartment that matches the pictures, comfortable beds, and good shower pressure.
Abusive prices for late check-in, outdated prices for city taxes (which caused a bad surprise at check-in, unfinished bottles of drinks in the fridge, a problem in the door that let us 2h locked out of the apartment (and the host offered no compensation whatsoever), the cleaning people have the key to the apartment and live in the same building floor, which looks unsafe and made us uncomfortable.
